Q. Where do I place custom orders?
---A. Through the order form on the Color Theory Custom page!
Q. Can I get custom bonnets outside of the featured prints/patterns?
---A. OF COURSE! If you have a different material in mind, you can fill out the order form on the custom page, and I can quote you a price! If I shop for material for you, for bonnets, pricing will be based upon the size of the desired bonnet +$3 upcharge to cover material if the material is anything other than cotton. For example a size jumbo bonnet with satin on the inside and velvet on the outside would be $25+ $3 to cover the cost of the material. For items such as jackets, shoes, etc you must provide the item.
Q. How do I pay for custom orders?
---A. Custom orders require a 30% deposit after we have finalized the idea and pricing, and the rest is due before an item is shipped. I will send invoices for these items through the email used to begin the order. *Please contact me if a payment plan is necessary and I'm sure we can work this out as well!*
Q. What do you customize?
---A. As of right now, anything made out of cloth fabric such as denim jackets, timberland boots, hoodies, bonnets, and more! Feel free to ask specifics if you want to be sure!
*I am not open for leather commissions yet*
Q. Will I at least be able to see updates of my order?
--A. Absolutely. During the time frame I give for the completion of your order, I will also send pictures of progress. During this time you are allowed two small alterations (simple color changes, or slight additions). You will be updated with an image of the final product before shipping.
**NOTE: I am willing to assist you in your research to find materials for what you want for the lowest price possible. I recommend researching through sellers on Etsy, Amazon, JoAnne Fabrics (especially for the coupons), and local "mom and pops" fabric stores. I am here for any questions, don't worry!
